When we met in the Spring of 2018 at a local mastermind group for women entrepreneurs, we instantly bonded over our journeys through motherhood, past travels, and our desire to inspire and empower other women. We also both graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Integrative Health Practitioner program.

 

Stephanie and Marnie have poured their hearts, minds and souls into creating The Art of Living Well Podcast® to empower you to live your happiest, healthiest and most authentic life. They are passionate about helping others to challenge the status quo to live their most fulfilling life. Each week they bring you inspiring and motivating conversations covering health and wellness topics including nutrition, movement, mindset, adventure, innovative products and strategies from a variety of experts including their own experiences.

Marnie and Stephanie are Board Certified Integrative Health Practitioners and Holistic Health and Wellness Coaches. They empower busy women and teens to transform their health through nutrition and lifestyle by creating sustainable habits for life. Their passion for helping people make real changes so that they can thrive, feel their best, and live their best lives comes through in each episode. Marnie Dachis Marmet

Marnie is a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach who teaches busy women and teens how to implement sustainable, healthy habits into their lifestyle to create a happier and healthier life.

She helps women attain the energy, vitality, health and anti-aging qualities that they seek, by identifying and addressing the root cause of dis-ease in the body. After a very thorough lifestyle assessment, Marnie empowers women to make gradual, sustainable lifelong changes in nutrition and lifestyle through a highly personalized plan. 

Marnie Coaches clients on: Diet, Exercise, Stress Reduction, Toxin Removal, Sleep Issues, Supplements, Mindset Coaching and more.

 
 

Stephanie May Potter

Stephanie is a certified holistic health & wellness coach and integrative health practitioner who empowers women to transform their health through nutrition and lifestyle by creating sustainable habits for life. As a health and wellness coach, she is passionate about helping women make real changes so that they can thrive, feel their best and live their best life. Prior to discovering her passion as a health coach and advocate for women, Stephanie spent nearly 18 years in the corporate world and understands firsthand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while juggling a successful career and family.
