Thrive During the Holidays!

It's officially fall and we are approaching the fun, festive yet busy time of year.  With Halloween and then Thanksgiving just a few weeks away, many get into a very busy time of year that includes (social gatherings, holiday traditions, sweets, alcohol, family & gifts.)  

We know how easy it is to fall off the wagon during the holiday season and are excited to kick-off our community supported 30-Day 'Thrive During the Holiday Season' program to allow you to stay “on track”.

 

Our 30-Day 'Thrive During the Holiday Season' program is right for you if you want to:

  • Prioritize your health and wellbeing during the busy, fun yet often stressful holiday season.

  • Learn mindfulness and stress reducing tips and techniques to help you enjoy this festive time of year (and even start a meditation practice)

  • Gain valuable insight into your habits, mindset and patterns through group coaching.

  • Discover new simple & delicious recipes to cook for you (and your family).

  • Learn how to meal prep/plan (or get back on track), a habit that is even more important during the busy holiday season.

  • Boost your energy and feel fabulous!

  • Thrive with support from like-minded women (but hard to keep accountable to yourself).

What does this program includes?

  • One 30-min interactive group coaching session per week (client focused discussion)

  • Weekly modules including new seasonal recipes, challenges, guided meditation and overall strategies to Thrive during this upcoming holiday season.

  • Daily support in a private group with full access to two certified and experienced Integrative Health Practitioners/holistic health coaches, who will share tips, tricks and strategies that are proven to work.

  • Strategies to shift your mindset, reframe your thinking and build support

  • One- 60 minute yoga class (which will be recorded)

  • Support and accountability from a group of like minded women

  • 15-minute consultation with either Stephanie or Marnie to share your goals and concerns receive suggestions and tips.

  • Motivation so that you keep true to yourself and your health goals
