Marnie is a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach who teaches busy women and teens how to implement sustainable, healthy habits into their lifestyle to create a happier and healthier life.

She helps women attain the energy, vitality, health and anti-aging qualities that they seek, by identifying and addressing the root cause of dis-ease in the body. After a very thorough lifestyle assessment, Marnie empowers women to make gradual, sustainable lifelong changes in nutrition and lifestyle through a highly personalized plan.

Stephanie May Potter

Stephanie is a holistic health coach and Integrative Health Practitioner dedicated to helping women reclaim their energy, balance their bodies, and build sustainable habits that actually fit their lives.

After nearly 18 years in high-pressure corporate environments and her own journey through weight struggles, digestive issues, anxiety, and burnout,  she discovered that lasting wellness comes from addressing the whole picture, not just nutrition and exercise. She now channels that experience into supporting clients who are navigating the same exhausting juggling act she once lived.

Her approach goes beyond nutrition to tackle the root causes of imbalance: stress, hormones, sleep, blood sugar, and the mindset patterns that quietly hold women back. The result? Clients who don't just feel better,  they thrive.
